Existing Shareholder Verification

Click the verify link and enter the following:

• South African ID or shareholder number and
• Cellphone number

If your personal details are correct on the system:

• You will receive an sms and/or email with a shareholder number and password.
• To log on, enter the shareholder number and the password
• Read and accept terms and conditions
• Select and answer a security question
• Update and confirm personal details as correct
• Select preferred method of communication

If you're personal details are incorrect on the system:

• You will be asked to contact the Phuthuma Nathi call centre
• if some or all of your details are incorrect, submit new FICA and BEE documents.
• Click and view checklist of the required documents for submission
• Documents must be sent to:
• Phuthuma Nathi, c/o Trading Helpdesk, PO Box 1266, Bramley, 2018 or
• deliver it to 7 Junction Road, Bramley, 2090 or
• by email phuthumanathi@singular.co.za or
• fax 011 321 5737 using the standard fax cover sheet which will be sent to you.
